The Coachman’s Cottage (sleeps five) is attached to The Coach House and forms the third side of the paved courtyard and has a pine panelled sitting room and dining kitchen. At the foot of the stairs there is a cloak room with basin and wc. Going up the stairs you enter a very spacious bedroom with three single beds and then proceeding through the bathroom to the double bedroom. From the sitting room a glazed door opens on to the south facing pretty garden. There is an open fire in the sitting room for those cosy log fires in the winter months. Facilities include Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Electric Stove, Microwave, Freeview TV, Garden Furniture, Duvets, linen and towels provided and Wifi

Summary: A lovely cottage in a beautiful area. We stayed for 3 nights but wished it could have been longer, the walks from the cottage were fantastic and there is so many other things we wished we'd had time to do while we were there. Valerie is a lovely lady, who went out of her way to be helpful and friendly.

Summary: We've just had a wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful old cottage. We had a warm welcome from Val (and Sooty!) and it was very well equipped for a family of 5 and also allowed dogs. There are some lovely things to do in the area, none of which were too far away - Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves, Cannop ponds, Symonds Yat, Beechenhurst sculpture trail and cycle trails galore! A great few days away and we'd love to return! There is also a second cottage across the courtyard which sleeps 9, so perfect for a larger group looking to stay together.
