Summary: The house is very nice, having been remodeled and tastefully decorated. The owners have done an excellent job, and have a great eye for detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the house very clean. Communication was great, The neighborhood is quiet, and very close to hospitals and downtown Rochester. We come to Rochester a couple of times a year and will definitely look at renting agin on a future visit.

Summary: We've made a number of trips to Rochester over the past 15 years. What remains true is that even during the current road construction, street closure(s), and detours this property is the most ideal and convenient lodging option that consistently checks all our boxes.Thanks again for another wonderful five-star stay!

Summary: We were there for medical procedures at Mayo. This home was perfect for our needs. It’s a beautifully renovated historic home with comfortable beds and furniture. The full kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and eating in a gracious dining room. Powerful WiFi throughout the home.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing with plenty of room for more than my wife & I. The couches & beds were comfortable and as close to home as it could be without being home! The location to St. Mary’s & Mayo Clinic is perfect & this all helped my recovery after surgery go perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summary: What a gem! It was so nice to feel like we had a home away from home while we were here for medical services. It would be good to note if you have a family member with physical limitations that the bathroom and bedrooms are all located on the second level, so we did have a bit of a challenge with the stairs. If that is not is not a factor I would highly recommend! It was very convenient for appointments at the Mayo Campus and both hospitals, in additional to shopping for groceries and places to eat. The hosts were amazing to work with as we had unexpected medical events and had to extend our stay several days, and they did all they could to assist us.
