Summary: The home was clean, cozy, renovated, and within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. I had open heart surgery, so we needed a quiet place to recovery. The place had ample space for our family, and I appreciated the coffee and tea options, especially on cold days. The location is perfect if you’re a Mayo Clinic patient. There was plenty of dinning options close by, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. I highly recommend the home if you’re looking for a clean and quiet place within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. Dina, the host, was very responsive and made the whole process seem seamless. Summary: House was the perfect location for 3 siblings to stay while attending 3 days of tests at the Mayo Clinic. House was clean, cozy & comfortable. Very happy with the accommodations! Definitely would come back again.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed in this property while visiting Mayo. Having a first floor bedroom and bathroom are important to us. The proximity to each of the Mayo locations is maybe 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and near everything needed, including Hy-Vee. The home is absolutely wonderful and cozy. The kitchen had everything needed. The living room is super comfortable. All the bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps (might seem like a given, but I’ve been surprised by some that didn’t in past stays). The owners have done a terrific job updating and maintaining the property. They are great communicators. Check-in was easy. The welcome/instruction binder was very detailed and appreciated, as were the welcome snacks. Highly recommend! One of our favorites in Rochester.

Summary: We needed a place to stay while getting my father to appointments at Mayo Clinic. This was a beautiful, comfortable, quiet house close by. Communication with owners was easy and we didn’t have any issues with the property. The house is darling and has been updated beautifully. Thanks for a great experience!

Summary: Mother had Mayo Appointment for 4 days . So close to Mayo love that. Kitchen is so beautiful ! I love to cook would have been better with nonstick pans. Microwave was so cool. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Very clean ! Will come again . Upstairs needed fan for hot weather .

Summary: Cute, clean, and great location while going to appointments at Mayo Clinic. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the hospital and several great restaurants. Was so nice to have extra space to relax between doctors appointments. The backyard patio was a great bonus. Our hosts had everything we needed for a comfortable and clean stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Rochester!

Summary: Was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Cute, Comfortable, Close, Clean and Private. Everything in the kitchen was stocked up so we did not have to go buy any condiments, or spices. Daily cleaning supplies available. Glad we booked this place.
