Negative: -Difficult check-in. -Multiple interruptions from owner. -Issues with booking and payment. -Nothing included--had to say extra for breakfast and even a bottle of water, when this was a Bed and Breakfast listing. -Ineffective cooling. -TV that was difficult to work. -All the bugs in the shower and sink.

Positive: The most peaceful and beautiful place to be for anything to happen in Greensboro! Jean is exceptionally talented at accommodating people! It would be a big mistake to underestimate this beautiful retreat!

Positive: Breakfast was good. Our kind host was very accommodating.
Negative: Our communication with booking.com! We thought we would have a double room with a private bathroom, but the bathroom was a shared one. Additionally, there would be an extra charge for a third person which would not be a problem had we known about it beforehand.

Positive: I liked the ease of checking in, the charm, decor, & quietness. The cleanliness of the grounds, patio, rooms A+. Bed super comfortable and even had embroidered pillowcases. Seating area/ desk in room were nice, as were convenient outlets to charge devices & wifi. Appreciated options for overhead light, natural light, and downlighting. Shared bath was close and had towels, soaps, dryer, etc. Microwave/ fridge in hall outside bath was helpful. Host was welcoming & kind, and made a beautiful, simple breakfast as requested. Really enjoyed brekkies in the parlour.
