This 2-bedroom riverfront apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. It is set on over 2 private acres (and attached to several additional acres of public parkland), it is approximately 20 minutes from the Metro North Train, a 15-minute drive to Bethel Woods (Woodstock). It is just a 2-hour drive from NYC, as well. Additionally, we are attached to a small apple/pear orchard and ranger station (park) which we encourage guests to utilize as an additional amenity. lots of nearby hiking trails, winter skiing, canoe rentals, fishing, and swimming (on our property). This section of the Delaware River is especially good for fishing, swimming, and boating due to its deep waters and gentle current.
**Please note that there is now another rental unit on the same property. The spaces have no connectivity between them, but the outdoor bridge and water access points are shared. However, you'll have your private deck, fire pit, and BBQ. Please book here only if you accept and can respect the presence of other vacationers. ***

Summary: The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. You can tell there was a lot of thought and care put into the decor. We were provided with everything that we needed for day-to-day living.Mike and Veronica were awesome. The best part was that our dog Sam was able to run around and take in all the smells. He loved the river and did a lot of swimming. Would definitely recommend staying here to our friends.

Summary: It was as shown online. The unit was clean, well-appointed and had some eclectic decor as well. Mike and Veronica are very nice hosts. We will return again.

Summary: The weather did not cooperate on our stay( mostly rainy) but we enjoyed it. When you open the door to the back the sight of the Delaware River entice you. You can actually cross a small bridge right to it. In the evening, enjoy the fire pit either the one by the river or the one by the side . House was clean .The host was easy to communicate with. Relaxing and peaceful weekend 🙂

Summary: A beautiful and quaint place perfect for unwinding and relaxation! Incredible views in the area. There's a rooster and turkey that roam the property and they're very friendly! A wonderful place to stay overall.

Summary: We had a lovely stay with our dog. The river was perfect for swimming and fishing. The apartment was super clean and spacious. We used the bbq and sat by the fire pit in the evenings. We would return in a heartbeat!

Summary: Great until the power went out but nature was the cause. The owners were in the process of getting a generator to keep the well water flowing but it was too late. We decided to leave and they were very gracious and gave us a one night refund. Extremely nice people and everything was above expectations.
