Summary: This is the best house I've stayed in in the last 10 years in LBI. It's so well laid out, tons of windows, steps from the ocean, great open kitchen with the living room and dining room: perfect for family hanging. So clean and well maintained! It made for a perfect weekend.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The weather was not very beachy, but we still enjoyed the incredible views and had a great family vacation at this property. The location truly can't be beat. Right on the beach and quiet, yet walking/biking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shopping, you name it! Not having to bring bed linens was a great convenience. But don't forget to being beach and bath towels! Karen was super helpful before and during our stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. We walked to the beach, local restaurants, and drove to a beautiful bay beach with a playground where our toddler loved to splash in the calm, shallow water. The home is clean, comfortable, with huge windows and a fantastic host. We will be back!

Summary: We had a great time and loved being right on the beach. You can see and hear the ocean on the second and third floor balconies. The owner was very responsive to questions leading up to the trip and we didn't have any problems during our stay.
