Positive: It was a nice big place. Very roomy
Negative: The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were tiny. We found a dirty plate behind a blanket in the chair. Other than that it was clean.
Summary: I enjoyed the stay. The beds were uncomfortable.

Positive: We loved the rooms and how spacious the house and backyard was.
Negative: There was hair and dirt in small upstairs bathroom sink. There was used bars of soap with hair on them by the bathroom sink and in the showers. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to be able to clean up while there and use the dish washer.
Summary: Overall it was great, we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to renting at this property again.

Positive: It was a clean and big house. It served What we needed it for lots of beds and mattresses and a clean shower. Good value

Positive: the location was exactly what we needed. We wanted to stay between a family wedding weekend venue and downtown Orlando. Stores for food, clothing and supplies were convenient, within 3 miles of the location we stayed. The home was spacious, it was well decorated ( to our taste), we loved the rooster that came by each day ( we have chickens so it made us smile!). We noticed a few nice touches to the property that made us feel like we were welcome at this home. :) We LOVED the pool table, we gathered around it each night to enjoy some fierce pool competitions between family members. :)
Negative: Can't really think of anything other than some minor electrical problems with a couple outlets/plugs. Would recommend some additional utensils be available in the kitchen. There were items for use, but we planned to do some additional cooking so a few more items for the oven would have been nice. We did communicate with the property owner and he was very receptive to our ideas for adding some items to the kitchen to make it a little more like home for future guests.
Summary: We enjoyed our visit there, the beds were very comfortable.
