Renovated farmhouse nestled on 4 acres and surrounded by majestic trees. This 1,919 square foot home has been totally renovated but kept the country charm. It is an ideal destination! The Farmhouse Retreat offers privacy and peacefulness. Enjoy the in ground pool with privacy fence. It is a great place to relax after an A&M football game, a day of shopping in Downtown Bryan or just enjoying the traditions of Aggieland. Enjoy a game of cornhole or washers outdoors and watch the wildlife. Cozy living room with flat screen TV, well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. Gas grill and patio seating overlooking the yard. Enjoy Smore's over the gas fire pit. Nights are great for star gazing! Central air and heat, full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, cards, poker chips and dominoes, WiFi. Please note that home sleeps 6 comfortably in beds.
