Positive: The hotel was okay overall. The staff were very responsive to our complaints and made efforts to fix issues promptly, which we appreciated. On the positive side, it was quiet and comfortable, making for a decent stay.
Negative: Pool was not opened throughout our stay even though we booked the hotel because we wanted to be able to use the pool, so was disappointed with that. The food was quite plain with little variety. Could do with fruits, bacon, oat etc

Negative: everything was fine, no problems at all.

Negative: Carpets in hallways were dirty and needed cleaning. The breakfast was okay. Eggs were cold and sausage over cooked and dry. The toaster is very slow and outdated.
