Positive: this is a self catering accommodation with a very large/modern kitchen with every facility and equipment we all have in our own houses, so just nip to Tesco as did we, get your supplies, put them in your allocated space in the fridge/deep freeze and ambient foodstuffs in an available cupboard, but Tony the manager will keep you right on that score. This is a very safe , secure Environment which respectfully asks all guests to keep the noise to a minimum between 21.00 and 06,00, pity the large hotel chains could'nt follow suite. One minute walk and you have a bus stop, east going to Hounslow bus station, west going to terminal 5 Heathrow via Hatton cross which is a main hub for every direction as well as the underground.

Negative: Nothing really springs to mind

Summary: We all had a very happy and comfortable stay and Tony the manager was brilliant,

Positive: The house is appointed exceptionally well and everything is done very well excellent cleanliness and washing facilities and breakfast all carefully presented as you need and All of it is working well from tea bags to detergent everything is supplied ..cannot fault the place and Tony the owner provides a great environment

Positive: Our host, Mr. Tony was very thoughtful and helpful to our needs. We needed an early check-in, and he went above expectation to settle us in prior to the check-in time. The room was very comfortable and clean! We'll definitely love to stay at 50 again when next we visit. Thank you, Tony, for being so gracious.

Negative: The only inconvenience was that because the property is close to a busy street, we missed 2 Uber rides just because the driver could not find a safe pick-up spot.

Positive: Everything is modern and clean. A big kitchen with free water, drinks and snacks. The host is attentive, making sure everything is fine. This was my second stay, and I definitely will stay there again.

Negative: Not easy to get to by public transport, as there is only one bus route to Hatton Cross station. But having peace and quiet makes up for this.

Positive: New rooms very comfortable and access to kitchen space. Exceptional value. The nearest tube is Hounslow West which is a 20 minute easy walk. Direct bus from Terminals 4/5 with 5 minute walk.

Negative: Room was hot and noisy with window open. Temperature was upper 20’s outside though. Location will not suit everyone.

Summary: Excellent value spotless accommodation. A hidden gem.

Positive: The house and rooms.were very clean. The only issue was getting wifi cover as I did not any means of contacting. Tony, the owner has said that he will.ensure that this is provided in every room for.guests like me.who do not have a UK SIM card or an esim.

Negative: Going to Central London is a bit tricky, there isn’t a direct tube or bus. You would have take take multiple busses or tubes.
