Summary: The hotel looks better online than in person, it is a nice hotel, and it was clean for the most part until you walk from the elevator to your room and there were piles of towels sitting by the door of many of the rooms and they remained there for hours. We booked one of the most expensive rooms with a balcony, if you want to call it that. The balcony was very small and barely fit the two chairs and tiny table that was on the balcony. The room was quite small as well. Don't get me wrong the hotel was nice enough but hardly worth the nearly $300 a night it cost.

Summary: We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and from the time we checked in until the time we left we were treated like royalty. The entire staff throughout the entire hotel celebrated with us. They even sent chocolate covered strawberries and had a bottle of chilled champagne upon our return from dinner. We will definitely be a frequent guest here for all our celebrations

Summary: Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and comfortable rooms BUT amenities were mediocre at best. No airport shuttle. Terrible WiFi. Tiny pool with very little shade other than their few, expensive cabanas. “Full service breakfast” consists of expensive microwaved premade croissants. Coffee shop closes at noon. No options for lunch. Room service and restaurant not available/open until 3:00 pm. Limited soft drink choices (no Diet Coke).

Summary: Not the cleanest room. Dirty carpet, walls, baseboards. Loved the pool, bar and coffee area for breakfast!

Summary: For $300, the rooms were pretty small and nothing to write home about. There was another $45 in self parking fees and taxes.

Summary: Great staff, cleanish room. Just showing some wear and tear and grout stains. I know it can’t be perfect but for a higher end hotel you kinda do a double take. Overall nice stay and definitely better than a chain hotel.

Summary: Three tired moms escaped here for a night away and some time at the rooftop pool. We had a fantastic time and all the staff were wonderful.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely, comfortable hotel and so near Crown Center. I appreciated the complimentary coffee every morning, but I still think it lacks a casual restaurant that could be used for breakfast. Perhaps its close proximity the Crown Center makes it hard to keep another full restaurant available??
