Summary: Staff were amazing especially Jason. I had a very bad experience at Marina Bay Sands and moving to The Fullerton Bay was the best thing to happen and made Singapore magical again. Rooms were lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Restaurants were excellent too. Breakfast was fantastic and had amazing Peking Duck at their Chinese restaurant. this will be my only choice of hotel when I return to Singapore.

Summary: Where to start? Everything about the hotel was top notch. We arrived in Singapore a little disheveled from debarking our cruise ship and were dressed far too casually for how beautiful the hotel lobby is. No one made us feel out of place. The woman that checked us in treated us like royalty and every staff member we had any contact with was amazing. The room was spectacular. We didn't have a view of the MBS but it didn't matter. Everything was clean and housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast every day was a treat and I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about any part of our stay. If we end up in Singapore again, it is a no brainer to stay at Fullerton Bay again.
