Positive: The apartment is lovely and the location is terrific.
Negative: 1) wifi did not work and hosts sent a message saying basically, "we don't know how to help you". We expected better. 2) The instructions on heating and cooling were wildly inaccurate (thermostat is in the hallway) . There was no thermostat in the apartment. We froze until we found the radiators. 3) No body soap for the shower. We ended up using the hand soap meant for the sink. This is a small issue but added to our sense that the apartment was not well managed. 4) No salt in the kitchen. This is a pretty basic spice that should be included. 5) Non-stick pans in the kitchen had non-stick surfaces that were very chipped. This indicates more teflon chips can easily come off and be eaten with the food you cook on it. We did not use any pans for this reason. Please update to safer pans. 6) Email instructions say to lock the door on our way out. Again, there is no way to lock the door other than to close it. This sounds like something said in all emails but it doesn't apply to this apartment. Please customize.
