Summary: Room was clean and convenient to the lake. We only had coffee cup for one person as well as creamer. It was perfect for our one night stay and we will rebook. We will just check for amenities before the front desk leaves. Thank you.

Summary: I don't like to give bad reviews, but in this case I feel it's necessary -- and it's also something the management can fix easily. A hotel room of any kind *must* be safe, and the bed must be reasonably comfortable. Our room had two doors, both leading outside, and neither had either a deadbolt or interior latch. Which means anyone with a key or the code could enter at any time. That's not safe or secure, and for me it's a showstopper. Especially in our case when I believe we were the only guests at the property. The mattress was just terrible. I know mattresses are expensive, and I don't demand a hotel mattress be perfect. But this one was way past its usable life -- it was horribly uncomfortable and we barely slept. In addition to that, the property was unstaffed during our stay, and the check-in instructions we received by email were incorrect. I had to call someone, who asked for personal information they shouldn't have had to, claiming they didn't get it from hotels.com. On the plus side, the front patio is very nice, the property has a lake view, and there are two restaurant/bars across the street for a nearby place to eat. But unless they add interior latches to the doors and replace the mattress, I won't be back.
