Summary: Home was beautiful but very unkept and dirty to say the least! Owner was very responsive and indicated issues would be addressed. No refund was offered.

Summary: Thank you so much for letting us use your house. One of the guests who has ALS slipped out the shower and broke off the front corner of the lip to the toilet bowl. I have left money in the kitchen drawer to the right of the dishwasher to cover the expense
