Positive: Even a welcoming bottle of Champers. Very well appointed and up to our expectations.
Negative: Access to road a little difficult. Shower controls needed attention, owner attempted to fix it.

Positive: The property was so lovely, literally had everything we could ever need, it was so modern and situated close to all of Kent’s beautiful coast. Kerri and Roland who own the hayloft are absolutely fantastic people, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt like part of their family. They also have a lovely son and 2 adorable dogs who we fell in love with. I would highly recommend this property too anyone xx

Positive: Absolute gem. Kerri and Roland were just the best hosts. The accommodation is just gorgeous, really well kept and amazingly clean and cozy. We loved staying here and will definitely be coming back! Beds are super comfy, too!

Positive: 12 minutes easy drive into the centre of Canterbury. There was also a bus which passed the front door which went into Canterbury. It was also within a short drive to pretty gardens The surrounding countryside is very pretty with country gardens to visit close by. The property was well furnished and having 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was particularly nice. Having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom great for my eldery father. The dishwasher made eating in very easy. The owners were very helpful providing us with the few things which we needed for our stay.
Negative: There is no freezer in the property however the owner made ice for me and I'm sure would have made space in her outside freezer had I needed it. There is only a breakfast bar seating 2 people. There is a lovely garden with a good table and chairs to sit at however when it's a bit cold you really want to eat inside which is ok if there's only 2 of you. I couldn't open the bi-fold doors which made it extremely hot in the lounge, hopefully this issue will be sorted out and not an issue in the future. There is constant road noise which you get used to but if you are used to quiet at night you will need earplugs.
Summary: This is a lovely well appointed property in a great location

Positive: Really lovely. Nicely kitted out. Lounge/kitchen was cold on arrival. Underfloor heating hadn’t heated the room adequately. Kerri straight away brought us an electric heater, which soon did the job. We didn’t have any problems after that. Bed comfy and shower superb. Nice touches with shower wash etc. and wine and delicious cake on arrival. Being able to park on site was a must for us. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Negative: Just a couple of things I would add. Curtains of some sort at the fold back doors. I imagine it is lovely in the summer but in Winter it would make it cosier and warmer. A couple of hooks inside front door for wet coats and a hairdryer as opposed to a hair brush. Otherwise perfect.
Summary: Beautiful cottage. Had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Positive: Comfortable well equipped little house. Quiet area convenient for our stay. Well stocked with provisions for our arrival.
Negative: We had some problems with the plumbing during our stay. The plug was stuck in the upstairs bathroom, which means we could not use the sink. The water from the shower was scalding hot and we were unable to adjust it. We informed the owners of the problems but they did not correct them during our stay.
Summary: Comfortable well equipped house. Local owners left provisions for our arrival.

Positive: Very well appointed property with gorgeous decor and has everything you could need for a home from home break. Kerri & Roland were very responsive to any message I sent them and left a bottle of fizz in fridge which was a lovely touch.
