Positive: The Hideaway is not only a stunning studio apartment located conveniently in Great Malvern, but also within a comfortable distance to specialty coffee shop and other attractive independent shops. Alice, as a host, has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I love the creative interior design of this apartment and thoughtful touch of the food basket provided by host. We love the shower room and the consistent water pressure, brought so much happiness as we start our day working. A spacious and comfortable size of a kitchen to cook dinners and some of comfiest beds we have ever slept on. Netflix and other streaming services are available on demand!
Summary: Highly recommend to Great Malvern visitors!

Positive: Wow the Hideaway was amazing, we enjoyed our stay so much. Allison and Mark made sure we had everything we needed, and really made us feel welcome. There was so much information left for us to explore Malvern and surrounding areas. A warm welcome gift was well received and we definitely will be back.
Negative: There is nothing we did not like, we loved everything. The Hideaway is located so close to everything. It was a very comfortable stay with everything that we needed. We loved the comfort of the apartment and being able to walk everywhere in Malvern.
Summary: Amazing and Incredible experience which we will definitely do again in the near future.

Positive: The apartment was fantastic. There were lots of little touches that made the stay really special. The owners were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us warmly. The terrace was a wonderful place to sit after a day of walking in the hills. The location was perfect. It was really quiet but in easy reach of town, buses and the train. We didn't use the car at all.

Positive: A stunning home from home in the picturesque Malvern Hills, a few minutes' walk to town. Spotlessly clean, and effortlessly stylish, it made my week of work in Malvern feel like a restful holiday. With an easy lockbox check-in, Allison was the perfect host. Everything worked perfectly, and the welcome basket, milk in the fridge, and extra toiletries were a lovely touch. 5 stars. I hope to stay there again next year.

Positive: Location was great for what we wanted, family in nearby suburbs for Christmas day. The weather was not good so we could not use the beach but nice to walk to it.
Negative: We did want to use the bbq and my husband had to clean it down to be able to use it but once he lit it it caught on fire with all the fat that was obviously in it, so perhaps a suggestion to make sure it is cleaned for use cos it could have been dangerous. We turned it off but it did give him a fright and we ended up using the fry pan to cook our meet inside.
Summary: Very pleased with the house and would stay again. Very quiet too.
