This private double, "shot gun style," built in the late 1950's, in the Historic Treme Neighborhood was recently renovated with two bedrooms. The living room, and bedrooms are at the front of the house, and the bathroom, and kitchen at the back of the house, "Big easy Style." We are walking distance from Restaurants, Jazz fest, Mardi gras, and coffee shops to name a few close by places you may want to visit, and just an uber or lyft ride away from other close by places. Don't just visit, live like a local in this Historic "Treme" Neighorhood. Minutes away from all of the "Big Easy" attractions, like Frenchman Street, Jackson Square, French Quarter, River walk, Boubon Street, Magazine Street, Jazz Fest, and Mardi Gras, and many more hot spots in the" Big Easy" to visit. This Treme Historic half of a double has a lot to offer with its convenient location. Its walking distance to Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras, and just a short uber or lyft ride to near by locations. Unless you want to explore the city and rent a blue bike (share ride) 5 minutes away from the Dorgenois house. Bikes are availabe to rent for a small fee. The Dorgenois house sleeps 4 people, enjoy the comfort of two queen size beds, central air/heat and a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer use upon request. Please note that this is a "shot gun style house" the rooms are one behind the other. In order to access the bathroom one must walk through the second bedroom to gain access to the bathroom.
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 11am if you need to check-out late please contact the host if you do not contact the host you will be charged $100 US dollars…

Please no pets or parties and absolutely no smoking in the house you will be charged $ 100 US dollars if smoke is detected in the house….
Another house rule is quite time is 10pm please respect the neighbors and do not block anyone driveway….
