Summary: It was our second stay here. We appreciate the excellent staff, uniqueness of the property and convenient location. However, this visit our rooms thermostat was malfunctioning and we awoke in a sweat during the night with a room at 78 degrees. Readjusting the temperature had no effect so we resorted to opening the patio door wide at 3 am to cool off the room, turning the heat off completely and starting the air conditioner. We fell back to sleep about an hour later.

Summary: Comfy but needed some updates. Bathroom vanity was water damaged. Could use USB/C ports near bed. Window a/c unit was still in window and it was 17 degrees out and wind was entering through the gaps around the unit. But, still a very cute place and complimentary breakfast was lovely!

Summary: Lovely house and comfortable room. Easy check-in, quaint and close to both Marblehead and Salem. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Summary: The staff was pleasant. The room was passable. Understanding that it was a hotel room near Salem near peak Halloween activities, I get that things are more expensive, so that is on us. I don't feel the room was anywhere near worth the cost associated with it.
