Summary: The hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Great spot in there heart of Tenby. Nice bar area overlooking the sea. Lots of stairs which is not good for mobile issues, however their is a lift. Lovely new and fresh rooms with all new amenities, comfortable bed and amazing shower.

Summary: No internet in “ Cosy” room. Husband and I. have 2 diff companies with our cell phones and neither phone could get internet. Asked front desk to possibly turn off and reboot modem , they said they couldn’t but would call provider. We only got internet in restaurant. Horrible in the tiny Cosy room and couldn’t get work done due to no service Asked for different room was told none available yet hotels.com showed 4 available. Parking was so far away. Be prepared for a haul. Kid out front working was on his cell phone and not paying attention to his job and Told us we had to park at sainsburys. It was a haul but there was one closer to hotel : we just weren’t told ,, it’s a few blocks away so still not close. Not a good area for parking for hotel guests at all. Be prepared to carry and drag bags.

Summary: -Terrible service - On the day we got in, we waited nearly 20 minutes to order a cocktail when it wasn't that busy. Bartenders/Servers stood around talking and just looked at us with dumbfounded faces. We were told you scan with a barcode to order drinks from outside or it was table service inside. We started inside and wound up just going outside because it was quicker to order ourselves. On day two, same issue. This time, we wanted to stay inside, due to the weather. We had to get up twice to ask if we were getting service. We were told they'd be there soon but never showed up. After roughly 25 minutes, we wound up leaving and took our business elsewhere throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, the staff seems to have very lazy-like attitudes and don't seem to care about guest experience. -No Housekeeping on the first day. We had to fetch our own clean towels from downstairs. On the second day, we got Housekeeping. They did not give us fresh towels, and the bed looked like it was made by a child. You can tell the service was rushed. -Waited around getting Starbucks during check out while Associates were nearby not tending to us. During check out, my patience was wearing thin from all of the weekend issues that were piling up, so I got upset at one of the Worker's who proceeded to be argumentative with me. No apology from that individual or "How can I make this experience better?" mentality. Instead, she kept repeating that we should have reported each issu
