Positive: This apartment is one of the coziest places I’ve ever stayed. This set the bar extremely high for other places I will stay.
Negative: Only thing I didn’t like was the electric stove it didn’t work smoothly

Positive: Friendly and communicative host, nice studio, very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient to explore the region, we were able to go on great hikes nearby. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Negative: The host let us know in advance that they would be painting the outside of the building but it was still disruptive and awkward - waking up to men working outside your bedroom window (on a third floor), having to constantly ask for a ladder to be removed in order to get in and out the building and ruining a sweater permanently with paint in the process.

Positive: Neat, clean, well-designed. Very attentive and helpful host. I would call him a super-host. One of my best experiences using Booking.com for many years throughout Europe and the USA. Great location, center of town.
Negative: I can’t really think of anything. Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs, but the host even helped me carry my luggage up! Very thoughtful and considerate.

Positive: The apartment was one of 4 in the building. It's an older building, but the apartment was newly remodeled and so, so comfortable. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, stove top, Keurig coffeemaker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and even a toaster. There's a roomy closet, sky lights, and larger flat screen TV. It was decorated very nicely.
Negative: As a senior citizen, it would have been helpful to know that my apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was challenging to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs, but I managed.
Summary: Very attractive and comfortable apartment!

Positive: Very clean, looks newly renovated. Awesome location in Tannersville, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Can easily find most things you need within a block and a short drive away from Hunter mountain. I was having some technical difficulties with the booking.com site and the property manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my issues. Very good experience.
Negative: Music from the nearby bars can be heard from the room. Not too loud, but it is noticeable.
