Positive: I liked every single piece of the hotel from the reception to the in lusive breakfast and the seldom seen Black bear just meandering across the slopes right in front of our bedroom window - Totally Awesome

Positive: Gorgeous modern West coast style hotel with big rooms, excellent bathroom and dining room. Off season rates made it great value. Wonderful views of Red Mountain chairlift and runs.
Negative: The quality of bed and sheets was not what I would have expected in such a nice hotel. The The bed was poorly made which added to the issue.

Positive: The location to the slopes was unbeatable. The design was great and very cozy. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable.
Negative: The resturant menu was very limited. Within the room the pillows were large but flattened out very quickly and the temperature in the room couldnโ€™t be controlled so it stayed very hot without circulation

Positive: The hotel and quality of everything was excellent - everything modern and new.
Negative: Certain things didnโ€™t work that well, almost inexplicably - for example upon checking in they seemingly lost my reservation and it took 20 minutes to find it and complete check-in - at 2am after we had been driving 4 hours and were exhausted. Also, my room did not get made up the first night. It wasnโ€™t just me, another in our party also experienced this. Finally, the sauna was quite substandard - very small barrel sauna and ours on the โ€œrightโ€ side was drafty and with a very weak heater. We could not get it hot even after pouring loads of water on the rocks.
