Summary: Our stay at the Lansing Cottage was in a great location. You couldn’t beat the wildlife and fireflies we saw just from the porch. And we were 5 minutes or less from nearly everything we wanted to do in the National Park. However the home is a little worn. The home is kept clean, but the bathroom is in ruff shape and there is a bad odor in the house. That being said the price we paid for the accommodations was incredibly affordable. We spent a lot of time exploring the park and a not a lot of time at the house.

Summary: Great location! So many things to do in this area that having this location made it easy. Enjoyed being able to make breakfast daily and dinner. Due to rainy days.. we couldn’t have campfire /smores, but nice little campfire area.

Summary: Loved Pies and Pints restaurant. Highly recommend Adventures at the Gorge. House worked well for our family, definitely could use new carpet, but -clean, well stocked and very convenient location!

Summary: Close to everthing we had planned and want to come back in the summer when it's white water rafting season since this place is so close to the activity. Had a few problems but the hosts took care of them immediately.

Summary: This was the perfect location for our family getaway to whitewater raft and check out the beautiful fall WV offers. This locations as perfect and convenient to everything. We had a 4 year old and two 2 year old who enjoyed the property and sleeping in the bunk bed room lol. We hope to make this a yearly trip and come back!

Summary: This is the perfect base camp to explore New River Gorge National Park. The porch was a nice place to relax on after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed the deer and groundhog that came to see us nightly. We took a rafting trip with New and Gauley located right next door to the home. It was also very close to the bridge, park visitor’s center, Fayette Station road entrance, and Endless Wall Trail. Communication with the owners was great. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Summary: This was a perfect house for our family of 4. Almost everything we wanted to do was within 5 miles of this house. We even got to see some dear on the property one morning.

Summary: We loved the proximity of this rental to the national park, canyon rim visitor’s center, burrito bar restaurant & the bridge!! We appreciated the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms but beds could have been bigger (only full size) and less squeaky. Also tub shower was very old and needs to be replaced or updated. House was clean. Owners communicated quickly and easily.
