Positive: Everything, starting with the lady on the reception with her kindness and friendliness to do her best to make your visit to Brussels unforgettable, the room with its comfortable bed, room size, bathroom, it was equipped perfectly to sustain comfortable relaxing stay. The breakfast is extraordinary, which offer the international food set, along the middle eastern types, not to mention the HALAL option. The decorations in each details is beautiful.

Negative: I will mention this tinny thing which may give better impression for clients. ( the entrance and the reception area, should expanded and make sure its clean always.

Positive: The hotel has a beautiful breakfast area and the room was also clean, nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Would stay there again. Beautiful park nearby. We traveled with baby and had fun there.

Negative: The area is a bit sketchy during nighttime. Not many places to eat around the hotel. City center is not far, about 20 min on foot, but if you expect vibrancy and places to go, look for another area.
