Positive: The hotel seemed very well cared for and was comfortable to stay in. The coffee shop on the first floor had really good food and coffee though it was pricey. Also liked that we didn't have humidification problems in the room like we have had in other hotels.
Negative: Limited parking options (at least that we were made aware of) without paying a substantial amount but that may also just be due to the premium location.
Summary: It was one of our best hotel experiences so far and made exploring Charleston easy!
