Summary: The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only complaint, and I realize it is just me, is the bed was way to firm for me, just a persal preference. Also, having Slim's cafe across the street was a pleasant bonus.

Summary: We planned to ski at the Swedetown Nordic Center and attend a Dance Performance at the Michigan Tech University. Lodging in the area was spares as there was also a major University Hockey event.The Mohawk location was convenient to skiing and not that far from the University. Slims restaurant across the street was great for Breakfast!The only negative was a slight odor in the house.
