Positive: We had a fantastic weekend at Lochside House this month. The house accommodated our group of friends well, with excellent accommodation and positioned in a great location, close to the parks, loch and Arthurโ€™s Seat. Karen looked after us from the very beginning and helped us greatly with the arranging of our trip. Communication approaching our booking, during and after was exceptional, and Karen very kindly assisted us greatly with arrangements with our travel plans. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a good quality, spacious house for a group who are looking for both access into Edinburgh but to enjoy the scenic surroundings also.
Negative: The road through the park was shut for road works during our visit, which meant access into the city centre did take longer than usual, but with this open, the access would have been incredibly easy and made the house much more accessible.

Positive: The house was roomy and comfortable. I loved it lived in feel. It felt like home. In a great position. Close to Edinburgh and Scotlandโ€™s oldest pub is 100m walk. (The Sheep Heid Inn)

Positive: This house is fabulous , very comfortable and great for a large family group. Duddingston is beautiful village with easy access to the royal park and Arthur's seat which you can see from the back garden.
Negative: The shower and the dishwasher didn't drain properly and we disturbed the decorator who wasn't expecting us. He was very apologetic and it wasn't a big issue except the house wasn't as clean as it could have been.

Positive: Excellent place very tastefully made. It had all the amenities. Excellent for a group or larger families.
Negative: All was Good. Just a suggestion that Property had a very small board displaying name, so it was a bit difficult to find it. My suggestion would have a larger prominent display for name of property.
