Summary: This is my second time staying at this location. The first time I encountered a lot of noise from the parking lot, hallways and adjacent rooms. I spent the extra money to upgrade this time hoping for more quiet accommodations, but it didn't matter, it was just different noise. I could hear people walking in the room above me to the point it sounded like they were going to break through the floor. Around 1am I was awoken to people with kids either outside or in the room next door chatting for at least a half hour. They weren't extraordinarily noisy, just paper thin walls. I tried twice. The hotel has great potential, but what good is it if you can hear every little whisper and step? I won't stay again. On the nights I have, it's been important for me to be well rested the next day and this place has proven twice that that's not going to happen.

Summary: The hotel had a funky smell and is older and out dated. There was no ice maker or vending on the 2nd and 3rd floor. I noticed that my sink stopper was out and on the bathroom counter when I walked in my room and the toilet also ran. I called the front desk to see if there was any maintenance going on in my room they said no and that I could just put the stopper back in myself. I would normally not have a problem doing this at my home because I know how regular I clean my sinks but they should have sent someone from maintenance up.

Summary: The bathrooms need renovating and the windows that look out to the lake are filmy and you cant really see out well.

Summary: I stopped here on part of a larger road trip. The room was an excellent size for our family of five. The hotel employees in the evening were excellent the ones in the morning not so much. The breakfast was canceled because of some reason that they didn't care to share with us. There was no apology for the inconvenience.
