Positive: Loved the view! The balcony was very nice. We were able to enjoy sitting in the hot tub while looking out at the ocean view.
Negative: The kitchen needed better pans. Living room chairs both downstairs and upstairs were uncomfortable.

Negative: Wished it was closer to ocean. Having to drive to get on the beach wasn’t great and the beach was really dirty with trash.

Positive: Great views! Master bedroom was really nice. Hot tub was amazing. Just a few miles from town.
Negative: Second bedroom bed was not very good. Needs replaced. Not comfortable. Cook wear is past its prime. Burnt frying pans, stained pans… not cleaned very well. Teflon coating coming off, not safe.

Negative: Overall cleanliness was lacking. The inside of the dishwasher was extremely dirty. Blood stain on the mattress pad and an overall strong musky smell on the bottom floor. The hot tub would never get below 109 degrees rendering it unusable. When I sent these concerns to the property management company, the response was pretty generic with no offer to refund the cleaning fee or anything.
Summary: We would not stay here again.

Positive: The location is exceptional! The views inside and out are breathtaking. My family and I had a great stay. The hot tub was a nice commodity. The front door was having issues and they were able to fix it very quickly. I would recommend this spot and would visit again.
Negative: Parking was a little tight with our Silverado, however, going through the second entrance made it easier to get out. The inside would benefit from a deep clean. The walls were dirty, lots of dust and several spiders.

Positive: The view is beautiful. We loved being able to see the ocean from every room in the house. The hot tub was nice and the home was comfortable.
Negative: We weren’t aware that the beach access nearby was closed until we arrived and were hoping for daily walks on the beach that just weren’t possible. We also thought we would have access to a washer and dryer which also wasn’t accessible.
