Summary: In general, the hotel is nice. The room design is good, especially that the shower and the toilet areas are separated. The room is using electrical double blinds. The bathroom should have more hooks for towels and no plugs for hairdryer inside. We have booked 2 rooms and we check-in around 6pm. But they said one of the room is not ready if we want them on the same floor. I mean 6pm is already late and i was surprised that a lot of rooms are not ready. We also tried the pool and it was nice. We ordered some drinks and food but had to wait at least 25mins. Can see they are really short of staff. We have tried their restaurant on 3/f and the food & services are superb. The prices are very reasonable. We would definitely visit this restaurant again.
