Positive: The decor, how well positioned the accommodation was for our needs, how peaceful it was and the facilities the place had, and the gift of cookies on arrival. The hoste was easily contactable and helped when needed. The place was amazing, we would definately stay again.
Negative: There was no instruction booklet for things that you could need help with e.g. cooker hob had a safety lock, only found this out later.

Positive: The setting is perfect, ideal for unwinding, yet it’s also in an area with excellent transport links, making it easy to visit places such as Leeds Castle and head over to Camber Sands, Botanic Bay, etc… The Manor Pen is lovely and comfortable for spending a few days enjoying the county of Kent. A special mention goes to Gilly, who made sure we felt very at home and even went out of her way to look after our dogs.
Negative: I can't say there was anything wrong

Positive: I recently stayed at the Manor Pen and had a really lovely experience. It was comfortable and cosy, with lots of wonderful little touches that made the stay feel special. The place was very clean, and having a full kitchen made it even more convenient for a longer or more relaxed stay. Directions were easy to follow, so finding the property was straightforward. Gilly was fantastic throughout, keeping in touch to make sure everything was okay and that I had everything I needed. It made the whole experience feel very welcoming and personal. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and homely place to stay.
