Summary: The location is unbeatable. My room was a little small but bathroom was really small. AC fan was too noisy. Staff was kind and valet service was really cheap & convenient. Breakfast was satisfactory. Pool at the roof is tiny but it was a lifesaver at the heat of the day. Price vs what you get is fair I think. I can definitely stay again.

Summary: Amazing experience at this hotel. Lovely tooftop pool with spectacular view over the city! Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean. loved the hotel breakfast, offering a great variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes. Incredible experience overall!

Summary: We always stay at the hotel in Istanbul as the staff is nice and the location is perfect for overnight traveling. My only dissatisfaction is that the offer paid upgrades, meaning that there are rooms available, however we have never been upgraded as a VIP Expedia member.
