There is one parking space provided with this rental. Eureka Springs has a great trolly system, and you are in the heart of the downtown in an Ozark Mountain Town. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit. Summary: Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the balcony and people watching. Very simple and close to everything. The only complaint is that there is a punching bag hanging from the balcony so you feel it anytime goes to punch on it as they walk by all through the night :) Very cool spot!!

Summary: Great place to stay for a couple of days and nights. Step outside of your door and a less than 5 minutes walk to all shops. Just a few stairs up to get into the room from the ground level with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen, living room with tv, bedroom, and attached bathroom with a soaker tub and shower combo.Porch over the shop downstsairs was great to sit outside and people watch.

Summary: Overall, the Modern is on par with any of the other short term rentals we've stayed at in Eureka Springs. The location however is what sets it apart for us. On site parking and it's in easy walking distance from anything we want to visit while here. We especially enjoyed people watching from the private balcony. There's a lot to see in Eureka Springs and the Modern is a great place to stay while doing so.
