Positive: I love the location staff is polite
Negative: I wasn’t aware of the renovations, old furniture all over the parking lot, whatever was going on, couldn’t go in main lobby, the pool was completely unavailable and I booked specifically to be at the pool for the morning, room was bare minimum small dresser, small tv, 3 pillows per bed, worn out side table. It just was not what it was like before, I’ve stayed many times.

Positive: Awesome location right in old town Scottsdale - walkable to many shops/restaurants.
Negative: We checked in at 3:56 PM (check in was 4 PM) - was told they didn't have a room ready for us, didn't know when they would, and would call us when they did... not what we wanted to hear after a long travel day. The room was super dirty - my husband wore shoes in the shower and everything else was covered in a layer of dust.
