Summary: Wonderful property- perfect to unplug and unwind. Went only for 2 nights, but would definitely go back again and stay longer. Host was really nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Summary: Took our family of 5 ( plus our dogs) to the Mountain chalet to getaway for a few days and enjoy the scenery of upstate NY. The chalet was perfect for us and my kids really enjoyed the game room with darts and a pool table. The property was very private and we enjoyed the trails and pond as well. The location was also great as Cooperstown was a very short ride and our main place to visit. We also were close to many state parks and places to hike. Kevin was an excellent host and met us on site when we arrived. Showed us the lay of the land and was very pleasant to speak with! We will definitely return at some point in the future! Thank you for an amazing family getaway!

Summary: Our GPS couldn't find the location of the property (said we were "there" but we were still on a road). More accurate directions would have been appreciated from the owner. Big house, lots for you in the kitchen, furnishings were fair. Had a great time there for Cobleskill graduation weekend with our family!

Summary: Wonderful host and home. Plenty big enough for our family to stay while having a weekend wedding in the area. The home is a bit more dated than the pictures show but it still was nice. The roads are a bit rough but the views from the chalet and the wrap around porch make up for that! Would stay again!

Summary: Was looking for a place to unwind with family and the space and the surroundings certainly delivered. Host was very courteous and accommodating. Chalet layout and decor overall was very charming and fit the surroundings but could use some upgrades especially with both bathrooms and living room furniture but I’ll leave it at that, otherwise nice space and really spectacular location. Best part for me was waking up on the loft bedroom and waking up to those views! You won’t regret booking!

Summary: The cabin was nice and had everything that our group needed. Stocked towels and linens. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the setting on the mountain, really beautiful. We would have preferred the check in and check out process to be a little quicker, but Kevin was responsive via text message prior to our arrival which was nice. Overall, very cute cabin and a great location!

Summary: If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the spot. A daily trip to the pond will cleans the soul. Would definitely stay at “the chalet” again if I were headed to that area.
