Positive: The apartment was super clean, smelled very nice and had all the basic amenities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And the location is quiet with very good security and parking space. I would stay here every time I’m in Mzuzu with the family.

Negative: The breast fast could have been better. Perhaps asking for preferences for the eggs as my children don’t eat omelets with onions and peppers. Otherwise it was just ok. There were no complimentary services such as Wi-Fi. There was no access to Wi-Fi and we had to pay an extra fee to cook using the electrical appliances although it is advertised with the option of self catering.

Summary: I will definitely come back.
