Positive: Really good breakfasts and meals reasonably priced and varied menu. Property went down to the Chobe river. Enjoyed seeing warthogs and bushbucks on the lawn. Nice bar. Very friendly helpful staff.
Negative: Staff did cleaning of rooms very early somewhat disturbed lie-ins.
Summary: Great property, friendly staff and guests. Great at organising trips. Good food.

Positive: The room is ok for the price.
Negative: The staff at reception is not very nice. The safe in my room did not work properly.
Summary: Ok for one night. However, there are better options close by.

Positive: Property is well kept. Reception was very helpful in arranging afternoon boat cruise when I arrived and shuttle to airport for departure. Convenient to have on-site resto/bar. Also close to a cafe, Italian restaurant and Spar. Kalahari Tours 5 min walk away.
Negative: Wifi works well in only a small location outside main office. Little variety for breakfast (full English or cheese omelette).

Positive: A simple lodge with lush vegetation, small water features, rustic sitting areas and quirky art work which all contributed to a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The open space between the dining area and the river was visited by interesting birds, warthogs, and (on one occasion) baboons at play.

Positive: I have made many visits here over the past few years. The owner and staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is scrummy too. The rooms are very attractive, very clean and very comfortable. It’s sits on the banks of the Chobe River and is an absolutely stunning setting! There are varies activities offered, river cruises, game drives ( the guides are very knowledgeable) trips to Victoria Falls etc.
Negative: Absolutely nothing not to like.
Summary: Absolutely fabulous! I’ll be back again.
