Summary: Truly, a lovely little gem nestled among some very high priced options. Staff were very friendly. There was a slight issue with our reservation on the booking agency side which they rectified immediately with no additional cost to us. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with the most comfortable bed on our 21 day South African, Botswana and Zimbabwe trip. Huge bathrooms.
