Summary: The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. Having two floors was extremely nice to be able to put the kiddos to bed and still be up and not worry about waking them up.

Summary: The inside of the property was well cleaned. We were very much looking forward to utilizing the hot tub which played into the selection of this property. However, after attempting to use on the first day we opened it and there was black mold on the head rests of each sit. The floating chlorine dispenser also had a lot of mold. It appeared to not have been cleaned properly for a long time.

Summary: My parents, husband and 8 month old went to Estes Park for a long weekend and this condo was perfect for us! Each bedroom having a full bathroom attached was fantastic. Easy drive to downtown and far enough away where you truly feel in the mountains. We had to call to get the code as that was not provided but once we had that all was well. We would highly recommend staying at any of their condos!

Summary: Wonderful place, loved it! Had everything we needed with extra bedding and very cozy beds. Location was great - easy access to everywhere we wanted to go while also staying away from the busy roads. Parking was always accessible, although there are lots of steps into the place for those with accessibility issues. Pool and hot tub were pretty run down, which is my only complaint.
