The home boasts 6 bedrooms consisting of a grand family suite with a king and 3 twins, a second suite with a queen, two private queen rooms, and a bunk wing with two bedrooms. A formal dining room with a custom built table just off the kitchen has a seat for everyone. Relax after dinner around the fire and enjoy a game on the giant scrabble board. 2 separate media rooms with surround sound are available. 75” Samsung TV in upstairs Media Room w/ seating for 14 people, additional Media Room with 65” TV in downstairs.
For those who prefer a little more action than relaxing to a flic, the "Gamerz" room offers 3 synced PlayStations each with individual monitors to create the ultimate competitive gaming experience.
Or hang out in the game room for endless entertainment with Pingpong, Pool Table, Golden Tee Golf & shuffleboard as well as a 55" TV so you won't miss the game.
Winter: The home is ~10 minutes to Sunday River for some of the best skiing on the East. If the ski conditions aren’t up to par, enjoy some fun on the ice rink. You can throw on your boots and play a game of Paddleball with our paddleball gear. Bring your snowmobiles for endless trail riding on the ITS or pack the Xcountry ski and snowshoes and head out on an exhilarating trek along the river. Trails can also be found directly across from the driveway! (Rink is installed 12/1 each year. It will be filled with water when we have 5 consecutive days of freezing weather)
Summer: The possibilities feel endless. The private setting with massive yard and outdoor games will keep you busy with fun. Play volleyball, throw horse shoes or enjoy a game of cornerhole by the river. Summary: This place has everything! It’s borderline impossible not to have fun at this house. You want to swim? River next to the house. You wanna play video games? They have 6 PlayStations in the basement. You want to gamble on table games? They got you covered with pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard. 10/10 stay!

Summary: 3rd time at the Paddle house. We are a 3 generation family ranging in age from 9 to 73. The house itself has everything that you could need for a comfortable stay.Skiing at Sunday River is only a few miles away.Our kids love to skate and play hockey, and the house has a skating rink in the backyard which is always in use.Skating continues into the night as the rink is well lit. hope to be able get get back next year!

Summary: The house is beautiful. It is perfectly set up offering plenty of options for both young and old. The kitchen has pretty much every cooking pot/pan, utensil, spice, glassware and dish in abundance. I might suggest it might be time to restock the teaspoons. The outside yard area is completely private with plenty of room for any sports game including an actual beach volleyball sand court, which our family really enjoyed. The many paddling options were also a perfect addition to the river experience. The hot tub was a great spot for relaxing. I might recommend a small net to help remove debris before it sinks, which will help to keep the operation cleaner. The only other suggestion to improve upon the wonderful experience for guests is to have better information relating to departure expectations and an up to date directory of community activities, restaurants, parks and trails. This info could be kept in a notebook for guests to reference. Despite identifying some simple suggestions to improve the Paddle House experience we absolutely loved our family experience and highly recommend it for an outstanding family vacation.

Summary: The paddlehouse was the perfect size for our large family. Plenty of room for all ages. The game rooms were great for a little indoor time. The volleyball area became the largest sandbox my grandchildren have played in. Everything was clean. Amanda was super helpful. Definitely would recommend.
