The Palms has all the amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation or holiday. This fully furnished condo has a brand-new kitchen which was just updated with new shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, new lighting, and new full-sized stainless-steel appliances. Light, bright, and fully stocked with everything you need for dining by the sea, the open concept provides amazing views of the ocean even from the kitchen. The counter height breakfast bar has four stools for ample seating along with the lovely ocean view dining area, offering stunning views of the Ormond by the Sea beach. Imagine having your breakfast or dinner overlooking Florida's beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Inter coastal Waterway!
This corner oceanfront condo's balcony has comfortable cushioned patio seating and breathtaking views of the entire sandy, no drive beach and additional views of the inter-coastal. This fully furnished vacation and holiday rental has two bedrooms, two full updated baths, furnished updated kitchen, living room, dining area and laundry inside the unit. There is a heated oceanfront pool right on the beach plus secure underground parking and keycode building front door access.
Living room and both bedrooms have separate HDTV cable TVs and high speed Internet WiFi is provided inside unit. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels are provided. Guest bedroom may be set up as either two XL twin beds or as one king size bed according to your preference. There is also a nice big sofa in living room. Rental unit size is approx 1250 sq ft.

Summary: We had a great time in Ormond Beach all week. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed including the well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels and an amazing view. The pelicans flew by the patio everyday and we got to see them diving into the ocean for fish the whole week. Our host Robert did a great job communicating to us and even is even going out of his was to ship back a laptop computer that my daughters friend left on the bed. Thank you for a great week Robert. I would highly recommend the Palm’s condo for your Florida vacation. Tim

Summary: I am almost afraid to give a glowing review about how amazing this place was, because I do not want anyone to take my dates in the future. lol This place had everything. The view was spectacular and close to everything. I highly recommend this condo. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place and the hospitality of Robert.

Summary: My wife and I went for a short stay (Wed- Sun) had a great time. We have previously stayed at Seawinds and have no complaints. The unit we stayed on this trip was excellent, very very clean, very well furnished, decor was outstanding. Property in great location, no crowds and not far from Daytona Beach or Flagler Beach. Shopping center with Publix across the street is very convenient. Would highley recommend. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Summary: The condo was very well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The pool and beach access was very nice and not crowded. We loved sitting on the balcony and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer.

Summary: We had to scramble for a condo after our other one was canceled due to construction. I am so glad I found this one. The area was great. Not too busy but still close to everything. The condo was exactly as described. Everything we needed and the views were awesome. My 18 year old granddaughter said it was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in and I have to agree. I would definitely stay here again.
