Summary: The villas were beautiful, and the location itself was stunning. However, we experienced several situations that made us feel uncomfortable. The bathroom soap had already been cut in half, and only one half was provided. The hot water run out while the second person was taking a shower, everyday. There was no Wi-Fi available inside the villa, so whenever we needed to deal with work-related matters, we had to walk to the outdoor common area to access the internet. Additionally, at no point were we informed about the checkout time. On the day of our departure, we returned from breakfast at around 10:00am. Since check-in was at 2:00pm, we naturally assumed that checkout would be at least 11:00am. But the owner entered the villa without even knocking at 10:05am. As soon as he saw us, he bluntly asked, “When are you leaving? You should have checked out at 10:00. That’s the standard checkout time everywhere in the world!” Before I even had a chance to respond, he added, “Please leave as quickly as possible.” We found this behavior rude and unprofessional. More than anything else, this was what left us feeling the most disappointed about our stay.

Summary: Beautiful spot.Right on the beach.The owners are fantastic.Nothing is a bother.room was nice,very clean.Only thing i could complain about is the bathroom is too tiny.Overall great stay

Summary: Our family of four with two teenagers had such a lovely and peaceful stay here in a 1 bedroom family suite. We woke up to sunrise views. Beach here is so quiet (no other visitors other than villa guests/ faces the windward side a bit rough to swim) yet only a 20min walk to Muri where you can find dining options. We arrived late into Rarotonga and the kind host Svein was there to greet us and fridge had milk/toast/cereal. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at The Passage Villas. The villa was beautifully presented, very clean, and extremely comfortable – it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free holiday. The location is fantastic, peaceful and private, yet still close to everything. Waking up each morning surrounded by such a tranquil atmosphere made our stay even more special. It is also the perfect spot to enjoy breathtaking sunrises – starting the day with such a beautiful view was truly unforgettable. We especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the environment was, perfect for unwinding and enjoying quality time. Communication and the overall experience were smooth and easy from start to finish. We would happily stay here again!

Summary: We had a lovely stay, place is super convenient, maybe 10/15 minute drive from the airport, we hired a car (would recommend) we had a three bedroom room, was spacious had a deck, and some seating inside, they gave us breakfast for the first day, and we stocked up at the supermarket.

Summary: Stayed in the ocean view family villa. Villa was very clean, well furnished and well maintained -serviced daily. Pool is a great as beach is not sandy but is secluded. Great location - Turangi Eatery at the end of the driveway, Vili’s Burger Joint and small grocery store/petrol station just up the road. Short drive to Muri Night markets and the Muri lagoon.

Summary: Pool was clean, safe and inviting. There were pool toys available and the poolside loungers were great. The room was clean, appropriately furnished and had great indoor- outdoor flow. The initial breakfast and local bananas and mango were a nice touch. Michelle and Svein were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. When my wife had a fall at night they were able to provide a great first aid kit, support and advice on local health care options for which we were very grateful. Couldn’t recommend Passage Villas highly enough.
