Summary: The perch is a very well designed and comfortable place to stay. It has beautiful views across the bay and easy access by car to the locations we were wanting to visit as part of a tour around New Zealand. My only suggestion to the owners is that they warn them to shop for food before they arrive as there are very limited provisions available in the local shops and also there are limited cooking pans available in the property. This was a problem for us. Different size pans would have made cooking for two much easier. As long as people are aware of these two things then I am sure they will enjoy their stay in such an attractive place. I would recommend it and would return there if I ever come back to New Zealand.

Summary: Lovely place to stay, the modern cottage has a nice outlook over the bay and neighbours farm land. It was well equipped with everything you need Good location to base yourself to explore the gorgeous Otago Peninsula. Access to the property is little challenging due to limited parking
