The Space:
Periwinkle House is a beautifully restored historic vacation home nestled in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown.
This recently renovated vacation home is a 2 story, 4 bedroom historic property that sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in total (including sleeper sofa). The top floor features 3 separate bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a shared full bathroom. The ground floor of the house offers a spacious living/sitting area, a spacious den with two twin beds, dining room, full bathroom, a generous family/entertainment room which features a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment system with cable and a flat screen tv, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The family room features french doors opening up to the pool deck and backyard amenities including lounge chairs, charcoal grill and outdoor hot/cold shower.
The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, including City Place, The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The Periwinkle's convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer.

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Summary: We stayed for a week. Lots of things walking distance and lots more a short (20 mins) drive away. Management company were responsive and helpful. Kitchen well equipped and tons of seating spaces. Pool and outdoor space was lovely.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Periwinkle House, especially the lovely neighborhood, which was convenient to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The property is well-fenced, so our doggy could not escape, and it is a very dog-friendly area. The best part of this rental was the management company, which handled several issues promptly and graciously.

Summary: The house was perfect for our large group of 7 adults and 3 children. It was in a perfect location and close to everything! A short drive got us to the beach each day or to shopping/restaurants. The pool was awesome and private. It felt like our own little oasis. All of the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very attentive and responded to any minor issue immediately. We will definitely want to stay at this location again! Thanks for a fun filled week in West Palm!

Summary: Cute house. Loved the pool area. The house was clean and functional for a large group of people. The operators were easy to deal with. Only minor complaints are the neighbors and the shady pool. It was cold to swim some days because the pool is almost entirely in the shade, but other days it was perfect. The neighbors are interesting... Great place overall! Loved the location. Loved the house. Would definitely come back.
