Summary: The hosts Very hospitable. Awesome house with lots of great history on the property. Host are Living the American Dream. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling through or having a party to seek out the Perkins House. You wont regret it.

Summary: The location was perfect for us. We like to wander the Cornish area, but it is also very convenient to get to Portland or the mountains in New Hampshire. The owners are very accessible for suggestions or assistance. The breakfast meals were excellent. Will definitely stay again.
