Summary: I rented this property for my mom for 3 weeks. She loved this rental so much she is already planning a return trip! It is so nicely renovated and had cute little touches. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The location is wonderful as well, being close to almost anything you need. Highly recommend the Perky Pineapple.

Summary: We are very satisfied with this apartment. Everything looks new and clean. And it doesn't have any old-house smell. There are two beds in one room and one bed in another room. A two-people dinner table in the kitchen, a six-people dinner table in the living room, and another table in the patio at the back with lights if you like to eat outside. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with warm and nice people, and is within walking distance to a grocery store. We enjoyed taking a walk after dinner.
