Positive: We stayed here 19 years ago, and decided to return. Everything was exactly the same as previous. The accommodation is extremely well kept and maintained to a high standard. It's slightly smaller than "The Pend" next door but the kitchen in The Precinct House" is stunning with a large Electric Aga which I've loved cooking on. Shower room/Toilet is very neat and tidy. And upstairs both bedrooms are beautifully decorated. We will go back a little bit sooner next time.
Negative: My only complaint which doesn't bear anything against the owner is the previous people who left on the morning we arrived left a greasy frying pan unwashed and put it back into the pantry.
Summary: Extremely beautiful as before. Thank you.

Positive: The Precinct House is a lovely Georgian property, it has a really nice atmosphere and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whithorn is ideally situated for touring the region and has walks from the door.
