Positive: The hotel was what I was expecting. Cheap comfortable and central to the area we were visiting.
Negative: The smoking are was right out near the rooms and it was quite loud one night but the next was very quiet.
Summary: We were looking for a cheap comfortable and central place to stay, it met all our requirements.

Positive: Overall it was a good place for the money. Comfortable, clean and fairly quiet.
Negative: For some reason they have the smoking area right outside the rooms under cover, so the smell goes into the rooms especially if you're in 10 - 11 or 12. It'd be much nicer if they could move it properly outside.

Positive: The price and the hot shower.
Negative: The room was very basic, smaller than it appeared in the photos, and had an unpleasant smell. It was noisy outside for a while, but the workers eventually went to sleep.

Positive: This was in a good location for us, and was a very good value. For the cost, we had fairly low expectations, but found the rooms recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. There is both a bar and restaurant on site (however, restaurant seemed to close very early, so we did not eat there). Sheets and towels were furnished, and the bathroom and shower room were clean and conveniently located, with good hot water. Each room had a small refrigerator, a sink, and a hot water pot. Don't miss the Museum a block away from the Hotel.
Negative: The only thing we were not crazy about was the "kitchen", which is common in these kinds of holiday rentals, was not a kitchen, but a single microwave in a space that was not enclosed, so it was cold enough that we did not want to eat there. I don't believe the booking site mentioned any kitchen facilities, so that's our bad, not theirs. Most people would just eat in their reasonably-priced restaurant.

Positive: The Railway Hotel is located near the railway where the steam trains do their run. It’s also walking distance to the main attractions in town. There is also a nice tranquil restaurant with nice food and reasonably priced. The amenities and shower are not far from the room. Shower is great with a very good flow and hot water. Such a great value for money! Should be more places like The Railway Hotel!
Negative: It would be nice to have an area where to sit and relax just before dinner, but probably it’s very hard to make the area.
Summary: Great location, good facilities, nice restaurant, great value for money!
