Summary: Very nice stay and everyone was super friendly. This is a great resort, especially for families. Only negative was the pizza we ordered—truly awful pizza. Avoid that. LOL Can highly recommend the Ritz/Amelia!

Summary: We arrived to complimentary champagne upon check in. We let them know we were celebrating our 40 Year Wedding Anniversary and they took it upon themselves to pamper us throughout our stay. We received complementary meals, desserts and a bottle of champagne. It seemed as though the entire staff knew we were celebrating and took an active part in making every facet of our trip memorable. The resort is clean, and the staff is courteous and responsive. There so many things that are included that you can leave your worries at home. If you're looking for a luxury resort, The Ritz won't disappoint.
