Summary: Beautiful resort with clean rooms. We stayed at the newly renovated Royal west tower. Free drinking water refill station on our floor. The pool and water park was minutes away. We went to the beach in the morning and have no problem finding a chair. The hotel mended everything so easy with the ability to put all expenses under room charge.

Summary: our stay was beautiful, we came back to Atlantis after 11 years with our 9 yr old son, best amenities for kids, he had a blast. Only thing we found odd this trip was the hotel staff- they didn’t appear very friendly, at one occasion, waiting to get a cab at the entrance, i had to wait for the guy to get off his personal call to attend to us, he didn’t seem to be in a rush while us- as guests waited. I really think, customer service has changed a whole lot since my last visit, they should work on that! could be the new generation! but that’s my opinion of this visit, otherwise the resort itself was phenomenal, will definitely be back again.

Summary: The properties were beautiful, love the pool, the beach, but that was what I expected for my room. Their room and bathroom needs to be more upgrades. Also i had credit of $150 that i could use i didn't know about. So i was sbouy to check out that when the lasy told me, I asked if can used it now to buy stuffs and she no. I spent so much money in thete and my daughter got sick, i feel the room was very congested in there.

Summary: We visited from Orange County, CA and this was our first time in the Bahamas. We were blown away how beautiful, friendly and clean the resort was! Our room was a 2 bedroom suite overlooking the resort and magnificent! Shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided. They even have a Keurig in each room to make Lavazza coffee. The restaurants were also great with a lot of different options but make sure to make a reservation ahead. The waterpark was really fun and our 3 kids loved every minute. Cove Beach was our favorite place to hang out as a family. They even have a casino and lots of shopping ant the Marina. Overall, would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Definitely a great trip especially with kids.
